BUNDLED REAL ESTATE EXPERTISE FOR THE AUSTRIAN MARKET: PM1 BECOMES PART OF DREES & SOMMER AUSTRIA
pm1 projektmanagement, planen und bauen GmbH, with offices in Salzburg, Innsbruck and Vienna, becomes part of the Vienna and Linz-based real estate consulting and planning company Drees & Sommer Austria. Together, the service portfolio will be expanded with regard to overall management on the domestic market.
Drees und Sommer Austria is taking a 100% stake in PM1, which will operate as PM1 - Part of Drees & Sommer in future. As of now, 120 employees are working together at locations in Vienna, Linz, Salzburg and Innsbruck. PM1 Managing Director Arnold Schmitzer is now part of the management team of Drees und Sommer Austria, alongside Philipp Gansch, Gerald Herndlhofer and Georg Stadlhofer. Philipp Gansch will join Arnold Schmitzer and Stefan Unterberger on the management team of PM1 - Part of Drees & Sommer. From now on, more than 350 projects throughout Austria will be supported and managed jointly.
