ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG invited tenders in accordance with the Federal Public Procurement Act for the construction and leasing of the corporate headquarters with some 37,300m² and around 100 garage spaces. 

Drees & Sommer was entrusted with accompanying control, focusing in particular on execution quality, schedules and costs. The project was handed over on schedule and within budget.
