Drees & Sommer comprehensively supported this project with facade technology, complete planning of the technical building equipment, energy design, construction physics, FM consulting on lean construction management, concept development, and digitalization consulting.

The cube berlin is a customized smart building combining innovative and sustainable technology, architecture, and atmosphere to provide people and the environment with a smart future. The building is equipped with a connection to artificial intelligence, so it will be able to recognize the needs of its users in the future and respond flexibly.

This comprehensive cooperation has made it possible to realize a highly efficient all-glass building that meets the highest standards of comfort.
