Drees & Sommer was commissioned by FMTG Development GmbH from Vienna to carry out a technical vendor due diligence and a material value assessment for the Parkin Punat Hotel, Krk Island, Croatia.

The 4* Falkensteiner Hotel Park is located directly on the coast of the island of Krk in Croatia, in the small village of Punat. Rijeka airport is about 30 km away; Rijeka train station about 70 km. One of the most popular marinas in Croatia, Marina Punat, is also in the immediate vicinity. The hotel has outside parking facilities with a total of 120 parking lots. The hotel entrance can be reached directly above the parking lot as well as from the beach promenade. The complex consists of a hotel, a dependence and an administration building and was generally renovated in 2017. In the outdoor area is a large children's playground and an outdoor pool area with a separate children's pool with water attractions and a water slide.
