Linked Living is moving into one of the three TrIIIple towers (ARE/Soravia) in 1030 Vienna. Drees & Sommer Austria was commissioned by Core Estate to provide real estate consulting services.

In Vienna's 3rd district, between the city center and the Prater, directly on the Danube Canal, an imposing high-rise ensemble consisting of three towers has been built.

The Drees & Sommer Austria team focused its services on one of the three towers - Tower 3 - with 671 high-quality micro-apartments for students and young professionals. The furnished apartments of 21-57 m² living space on levels 2 to 34 feature high-quality bathrooms, fully equipped kitchenettes and some have balconies with a breathtaking view over Vienna.  Furthermore, Tower 3 consists of learning, gaming, creative, cinema and chill-out lounges as well as a roof terrace with the Linked Living Roof Top Club on floor 35.
