Addressed challenges: Exploitation of explosive ordnance in the high-risk area, excavation protection with sheet piling walls and shotcrete nail walls, underpinning work on existing buildings, basement as brown tub in pressing water (groundwater), joint closure/shared firewall with Hotel Sheraton incl.  Connection of the two underground car parks, excavation work bastion wall in coordination with the Bundesdenkmalamt Salzburg and restoration of the bastion incl.  Viewing window in the new building, bathing equipment for spa facilities (therapy pools, peat treatment, peat and medicinal baths, gymnastics hall, etc.) and public swimming pools, swimming pool on several floors incl.  diving tower/diving pool and water slide, outdoor pool and sauna world at the attic, elaborate ceramic louvre facade with high required installation accuracy, suspended wave-shaped ceramic louvre ceiling with integrated lighting on the bathing level, holori ceilings in the area of the swimming pools, Post-transom construction with metal cassettes and glazing, all-round glazing in the bathing area, photovoltaic systems on the roof, self-service gastronomy area on the 4th floor and separate sauna-gastronomy area incl.  associated kitchen.
