While others are still waiting for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) to become mandatory for them, we are already one step ahead. We voluntarily report in accordance with the GRI standard (Global Reporting Initiative), because sustainability deserves our full attention.
Our goal is to become a "Beneficial Company" - maximum positive impact, minimum negative footprint. Because we not only want to be economically successful, we also want to have a positive impact on the environment and society.
Our sustainability successes from 2023:
- Honors and awards: EcoVadis Silver, ESG Transformation Award, 1st place in the employer ranking
- 85 % of company car owners opted for an all-electric vehicle
- Signing of the Diversity Charter to promote diversity and equal opportunities
